控制式差动无级变速器的优化设计 Abstract Controlleddifferentialcontinuouslyvariabletransmission(CVT)isakindoftransmissionsystemwithinfinitegearratios.Ithasexcellentperformanceandwideapplicationprospects.However,duetothecomplexityanddiversityofitsstructureandcontrolsystem,theoptimizationdesignoftheCVTstillremainsachallenge.ThispaperprovidesacomprehensivereviewoftherecentresearchprogressontheoptimizationdesignofthecontrolleddifferentialCVT.Variousoptimizationmethodsarediscussed,includingmathematicalmodeling,simulationanalysis,andexperimentalverification.TheimpactofdifferentdesignparametersontheperformanceoftheCVTisalsoanalyzedindetail.Throughtheanalysisoftheexistingresearch,somesuggestionsforthefutureoptimizationdesignofthecontrolleddifferentialCVTareproposed. 1.Introduction Controlleddifferentialcontinuouslyvariabletransmission(CVT)isatransmissionsystemthatcancontinuouslychangethegearratio,andithasbeenwidelyusedinvehicles,windturbines,androbotics.TheworkingprincipleofthecontrolleddifferentialCVTistoadjustthepositionandspeedofthecontactpointbetweenthetwopulleys,therebychangingtheeffectivediameterofthepulleysandtheoutputtorqueandspeedofthetransmission.Duetothecontinuousvariationofthegearratio,theCVTcanprovidebetterfueleconomy,smootheracceleration,andsuperiordrivingexperiencecomparedtotraditionalautomatictransmissions.
