基于机器视觉的牛顿环自动测量系统研究 Abstract ThemeasurementofNewton'sringsisacommonopticalexperimentusedtostudythepropertiesoflensesandtheirdefects.However,thetraditionalapproachofmeasuringNewton'sringsistime-consumingandpronetoerrorsduetohumaninvolvement.Inrecentyears,advancesinmachinevisiontechnologyhaveledtothedevelopmentofautomatedsystemsformeasuringNewton'srings.ThispaperpresentsastudyonthedesignandimplementationofanautomatedNewton'sringmeasurementsystembasedonmachinevision.TheproposedsystememploysimageprocessingalgorithmstocaptureandanalyzetheinterferencepatternproducedbytheNewton'srings.Theresultsobtainedfromthesystemarecomparedwiththoseobtainedfromtraditionalmeasurementmethods,andthesystem'sperformanceisevaluated.Thesystemisfoundtobeaccurate,reliable,andsavesasignificantamountoftimeincomparisontomanualmeasurementmethods. Introduction ThemeasurementofNewton'sringsisatime-honoredopticalexperimentusedtodeterminethepropertiesoflensesandalsotodetectdefectsinthem.Theexperimentinvolvesplacingaconvexlensonaflatglassplate,producingathinfilmofairbetweenthelensandtheplate,andobservingtheinterferencepatternproducedbytheresultingNewton'srings.Theinterferencepatternmanifestsasconcentricringsoflightanddarkfringes,withthecentralspotbeingdark.Theradiusoftheringsandthespacingbetweenthemdependonthewavelengthoflightused,thethicknessoftheairfilm,andtheradiusofcurvatureofthelens. Traditionally,themeasurementofNewton'sringswasamanualprocessinvolvingamicroscopeandamicrometerformeasuringthethicknessoftheairfilm.Thismethodwaslabor-intensiveandrequiredagreatdealofexpertiseandpatience.Itwasalsopronetoerrorsduetothesubjectivenatureofhumanperception.Recently,machinevisionhasbeenappliedtothemeasurementofNewton'srings,leadingtothedevelopmentofautomatedsystemsthatarefaster,moreaccurate,andmorereliable.Inthispaper,wepresentastudyonthedesignandimplementationofanautomatedNewton'sringmeasurementsystembasedonmachinevision.
