Introduction Innovationisvitalforthesuccessoforganizations,asitenablesthemtoremaincompetitiveandmeetthechangingneedsofcustomers.Akeyfactorthatunderpinsinnovationisknowledge,whichisthebasisfornewideasandtheirimplementation.However,knowledgeoftenexistsinisolatedsiloswithinorganizations,andsharingitcanbechallengingduetoalackofcoordinationandcommunication.Researchshowsthatknowledgesharingcansignificantlyimproveinnovationoutcomes,butitremainsaformidablechallengetopromoteiteffectively. Toaddressthischallenge,thisresearchproposesanovelapproachbasedontheembeddingofrelationshipsinanetwork.Thisapproachseekstoimproveknowledgesharingandcoordinationbyanalyzingthecomplexrelationshipsbetweenindividualsandtheirknowledgeandprovidingpersonalizedknowledgerecommendations.Byusinggraphmodelstorepresenttheserelationships,theproposedapproachaimstoincreasetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofinnovationnetworks.
