单液滴撞击高温钢板表面铺展特性实验研究 摘要: 在工业制造过程中,液滴撞击高温钢板表面铺展是一个重要的现象。为了研究液滴撞击高温钢板表面铺展的特性,在实验中我们使用了高速摄影技术以及图像分析技术。通过在实验中加热钢板和控制液滴的温度,我们发现液滴在钢板表面的铺展受到温度和液滴质量的影响,同时液滴在撞击过程中会分裂成多个部分,每个部分在钢板表面的铺展不同。本文旨在对液滴撞击高温钢板表面铺展特性,液滴质量及温度等参数对其影响进行实验研究,提供和完善相应的理论模型。 关键词:液滴,高温钢板,撞击,铺展,质量,温度 Abstract: Inindustrialmanufacturingprocesses,thespreadingofdropletsonhotsteelsurfacesisanimportantphenomenon.Intheexperiment,high-speedphotographytechnologyandimageanalysistechnologywereusedtostudythecharacteristicsofdropletsspreadingonhotsteelplatesurfaces.Byheatingthesteelplateandcontrollingthetemperatureofthedropletintheexperiment,wefoundthatthespreadingofdropletsonthesteelplatesurfaceisaffectedbytemperatureanddropletmass,andthedropletssplitintomultiplepartsduringtheimpact,eachpartofthedropletspreadingdifferentlyonthesteelplatesurface.Thisarticleaimstostudythecharacteristicsofdropletsimpactingonhotsteelplatesurfacesandtheinfluenceofdropletmassandtemperatureandotherparametersonitinexperiments,providingandimprovingcorrespondingtheoreticalmodels.
