含扑酸的三烃基锡配合物的合成及结构研究(英文) SynthesisandStructuralStudiesofTrialkyltinComplexesContainingPuconicAcid Abstract Thispaperpresentsthesynthesisandstructuralcharacterizationoftrialkyltincomplexescontainingpuconicacid.Thecompoundsweresynthesizedusingasimpleone-potreactionbetweenthecorrespondingtrialkyltinchlorideandpuconicacid.Thestructuresofthecomplexeswereestablishedbysingle-crystalX-raydiffractionstudies.Theresultsshowthatthetrialkyltincomplexescontainingpuconicacidadoptadistortedtetrahedralgeometryaroundthetinatom,withthethreealkylgroupsandthepuconicacidmoietyoccupyingthefourcoordinationsites.Thepuconicacidiscoordinatedtothetinatomthroughthecarboxylateandthedeprotonatedhydroxylgroups.Thecomplexeswerealsocharacterizedbyinfraredspectroscopy,nuclearmagneticresonancespectroscopy,andelementalanalysis. Introduction Organotincompoundshavefoundnumerousapplicationsinindustryandagricultureduetotheirantifungal,antibacterial,andpesticideproperties.However,theirpotentialtoxicitytohumansandtheenvironmenthasledtorestrictionsontheiruseinmanycountries.Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestinthedevelopmentofalternativeorganotincompoundswithreducedtoxicity.Onestrategyistheuseofligandsthatcanchelatethetinatomandcontrolitsreactivity. Puconicacid(2-hydroxy-4-oxo-butanoicacid)isapromisingligandduetoitsstrongchelatingabilityanditspotentialbiologicalactivity.Inpreviousstudies,puconicacidhasbeenusedtosynthesizecomplexeswithtransitionmetalssuchascopperandnickel.However,thereislittleinformationonitscoordinationchemistrywithorganotincompounds. Inthisstudy,wereportthesynthesisandstructuralcharacterizationoftrialkyltincomplexescontainingpuconicacid.Thecomplexeswereobtainedbyasimpleone-potreactionbetweenthecorrespondingtrialkyltinchlorideandpuconicacid.Thestructuresofthecomplexeswereestablishedbysingle-crystalX-raydiffractionstudies.
