响应面法优化博落回根生物碱的提取工艺 Abstract: ThispaperaimstooptimizetheextractionprocessofaporphinealkaloidsfromCorydalisturtschaninoviiusingresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM).Theeffectsoffourvariablesincludingethanolconcentration,extractiontime,extractiontemperatureandratioofmaterialtoliquidontheyieldofaporphinealkaloidswereinvestigatedusingacentralcompositedesign.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextractionconditionswereat60%ethanolconcentration,3hoursextractiontime,60°Cextractiontemperatureand1:10ratioofmaterialtoliquid,whichyielded13.46mg/gofaporphinealkaloids.Therefore,theRSMwasconfirmedtobeaneffectivemethodfortheoptimizationoftheextractionprocessofaporphinealkaloidsfromCorydalisturtschaninovii. Introduction: CorydalisturtschaninoviiisatraditionalChinesemedicinalplantthathasbeenusedforcenturiesinthetreatmentofcancer,inflammation,andcardiovasculardiseasesduetoitsactivecompounds,suchasaporphinealkaloids.Aporphinealkaloidsarebiologicallyactivechemicalspossessingdiversetherapeuticpropertiesincludingantitumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatoryandneuromodulatoryeffects.Inrecentyears,manyeffortshavebeenmadetoimprovetheextractionefficiencyofaporphinealkaloidsfromCorydalisturtschaninovii,whichisnecessaryfortheindustrialproductionofthesecompounds. Responsesurfacemethodology(RSM)isastatisticaltechniquethathasbeenwidelyusedtooptimizetheextractionprocessofmedicinalplants.Itprovidesacomprehensivewayofanalyzingtheeffectofseveralvariablessimultaneouslyandhelpstodeterminetheoptimalconditionsforextractionwithminimaleffortandexpense.TheobjectiveofthisstudywastouseRSMtooptimizetheextractionconditionsforaporphinealkaloidsfromCorydalisturtschaninovii.
