两种消解方法对测定沉积物中重金属含量的比较研究 Title:ComparativeStudyonTwoDissolutionMethodsfortheDeterminationofHeavyMetalContentinSediments Introduction: Sedimentsareessentialpartsofaquaticecosystems,astheyserveassinksforvarioussubstances,includingheavymetals.Heavymetals,suchaslead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),andmercury(Hg),areofgreatconcernduetotheirtoxicityandpotentialtoaccumulateintheenvironment.Therefore,accuratedeterminationofheavymetalcontentinsedimentsiscrucialforassessingenvironmentalpollutionandpotentialrisks.Thisstudyaimstocompareandevaluatetwocommonlyuseddissolutionmethodsforanalyzingheavymetalcontentsinsediments. Methodology: Twodissolutionmethods,namely,aciddigestionandsequentialextraction,wereemployedtoanalyzetheheavymetalcontentinsedimentsamples.Aciddigestioninvolvedthetotaldissolutionofthesedimentsamplesusingstrongacids,whilesequentialextractionanalyzedtheheavymetals'mobilizationunderdifferentchemicalenvironmentssimulatingnaturalprocesses.Theexperimentutilizedrepresentativesedimentsamplescollectedfromvariouswaterbodies,includingrivers,lakes,oroceans,withknownorsuspectedheavymetalcontamination.
