HIFU治疗中血流对加热影响的仿真研究 Abstract High-intensityfocusedultrasound(HIFU)isanon-invasiveandpromisingmedicaltreatmentthathasbeenincreasinglyusedintumorablation.However,thepresenceofbloodflowcouldaffecttheheatingeffectsofHIFU,whichmayimpacttheefficacyoftumorablation.Inthisstudy,asimulationmodelwasdevelopedtoinvestigatetheinfluenceofbloodflowonHIFUheatingintissue.ThesimulationresultsdemonstratedthatthepresenceofbloodflowsignificantlyaffectedHIFU-inducedtemperatureriseandheatdepositionintissues.OurfindingssuggestedthatabetterunderstandingofbloodflowanditseffectonHIFUtreatmentiscrucialtoimprovetheefficacyandsafetyofHIFU-basedmedicaltreatments. Introduction High-intensityfocusedultrasound(HIFU)isanon-invasivemedicaltreatmentthatuseshigh-frequencysoundwavestoablatetissue.HIFUhasbeenincreasinglyusedinclinicalsettingsforthetreatmentofvariousconditions,includingtumorablation,uterinefibroids,andprostatecancer[1,2].HIFUtreatmentisbasedontheprincipleofthermalablation,whereintheapplicationofhigh-intensityultrasoundwavesgeneratesheatthatissufficienttodestroythetargettissuewithoutdamagingthesurroundinghealthytissues[3]. However,thepresenceofbloodflowintissuescouldaffecttheefficacyofHIFU-basedtreatmentasbloodflowhasacoolingeffectonhottissues.Thepresenceofbloodcanalsoleadtocavitationeffects,whichcanaffecttheacousticenergydepositionandheatgenerationintissues[4].Therefore,itisimportanttoinvestigatetheinfluenceofbloodflowontheheatingeffectsofHIFUintissue. SeveralstudieshaveinvestigatedtheeffectofbloodflowonHIFUheatingintissues.Forinstance,Vignonetal.[5]investigatedtheeffectofbloodflowonHIFUheatingusingamodifiedbioheattransfermodelthataccountedforthepresenceofbloodflow.TheirresultssuggestedthatbloodperfusionaffectedthetemperaturedistributionandthermaldoseintissuesduringHIFUtreatment.Similarly,Xieetal.[6]developedanumericalmodeltoinvestigatetheeffectofbloodflowontheheatingeffectsofHIFUintissue.Theirresultsshowedthatbloodflowhadasignificantimpactonthetemperatureriseandthermaldosedistributionintis
