FDM型3D打印机的高精度进料系统研究 Abstract Fuseddepositionmodeling(FDM)hasbecomeapopular3Dprintingtechnologyduetoitsaffordabilityandeaseofuse.However,achievinghighprecisioninFDM3Dprintingcanbechallenging.OnecriticalcomponentthataffectstheprecisionofFDMprintingisthefeedingsystem.Thisresearchpaperaimstostudythehigh-precisionfeedingsystemofFDM3Dprintersanditsimpactonprintingaccuracy.Weinvestigatethefactorsthataffectthefeedingaccuracybyexaminingthefeedingmechanism,feedertype,materialtype,andnozzlediameter.Ourfindingssuggestthattheselectionofthefeederandfilament,aswellastheadjustmentofvariousparameters,arecrucialinimprovingthefeedingaccuracyofFDM3Dprinters.FurtherresearchisnecessarytoimprovetheprecisionandaccuracyofFDMprintingtechnology. Introduction Fuseddepositionmodeling(FDM)isa3Dprintingtechnologythatiswidelyusedinvariousfields,includingaerospace,biotechnology,andarchitecture.FDMprintersarepopularbecauseoftheiraffordability,easeofuse,andaccessibility.However,itcanbechallengingtoachievehighprecisioninFDMprintingduetofactorssuchasmaterialproperties,printingparameters,andhardwarelimitations.OnecriticalcomponentthataffectstheprecisionofFDMprintingisthefeedingsystem.Thefeedingsystemisresponsiblefortransferringthefilamentfromthespooltothenozzle,whereitismeltedandextrudedlayerbylayertoformtheprintedobject. Theaccuracyofthefeedingsystemplaysacrucialroleintheoverallqualityandprecisionofthefinalproduct.Ahigh-precisionfeedingsystemensuresthattherightamountoffilamentisextrudedattherighttime,resultinginasmoothanddetailedprint.Ontheotherhand,aninaccuratefeedingsystemcancauseunder-extrusion,over-extrusion,orinconsistentextrusion,leadingtopoorprintqualityandwastedmaterial.
