基于能源经济CGE模型的我国社会核算矩阵SAM表编制 Title:CompilationofaSocialAccountingMatrix(SAM)basedonanEnergy-EconomicCGEModelforChina Abstract: Withtheincreasingimportanceofenergyineconomicdevelopment,itiscrucialtoanalyzetheinterplaybetweentheenergysectorandthebroadereconomy.ThispaperaimstoconstructaSocialAccountingMatrix(SAM)forChinabasedonaComputableGeneralEquilibrium(CGE)model,focusingonenergy-relatedsectors.TheSAMservesasacomprehensivedatabasethatcapturestheinteractionsamongvarioussectors,households,andthegovernment,providingacomprehensiveframeworkforpolicyanalysisandeconomicplanning.TheCGEmodelconsiderstheenergysector'simpactontheoveralleconomy,examiningtheeffectsofchangesinenergypricesorpolicies. 1.Introduction TheenergysectorplaysapivotalroleinChina'seconomicdevelopment,asitnotonlyprovidesabasicinputforindustrialproductionbutalsoinfluencesothersectorsdirectlyandindirectly.Tocapturetheseinterrelationshipsaccurately,aSAM,basedonaCGEmodel,isconstructed.Thisstudyaimstohighlighttheimportanceofunderstandingenergy-economicinteractionsandprovidepolicymakerswithavaluabletoolforpolicysimulations. 2.Methodology TheconstructionofaSAMinvolvesseveralkeysteps.First,comprehensivenationaldata,includinginput-outputtables,nationalaccountdata,andsector-specificdata,arecollectedandharmonized.Second,thedataisorganizedintoaconsistentandbalancedformatbyapplyingappropriateaccountingidentities.Third,sectoralandregionalbalances,suchasproductionandconsumptionbalances,areensured.Fourth,theSAMisdisaggregatedintovarioussectorsandhouseholds.Finally,theSAMisbalanced,ensuringthatthesumofincomes,expenditures,andsavingsequalszeroforeachsectorandhousehold. 3.IncorporatingtheEnergySectorintotheSAM TheenergysectorisacrucialcomponentoftheSAM,asitcapturestheeconomy'sdependenceonenergyinputsandhowenergy-relatedpoliciesaffectothersectors.Energyproduction,consumption,andrelatedtaxesareincorporatedintotheSAM,enablingananalysisofthedistributionaleffectsofenergypricechangesandtheeffectivenessofenergy-relatedpolicies. 4.KeyI
