PlanarReflectiveGrating: Theplanarreflectivegratingconsistsofaseriesofparallelgroovesonareflectivesurface.Itallowsthediffractionofincominglightbyreflectingitbacktowardstheincidentdirection.Comparedtoconventionalconcaveorconvexgratings,planarreflectivegratingsofferadvantagesintermsofsimplicity,compactness,andeaseoffabrication.Theyaremoresuitableforintegrationintoaminiaturespectrometer.Thekeydesignparametersoftheplanarreflectivegratingaregroovedensity,rulingtype,andtheincidentangle.
