基于STM32的心率实时监测系统 Abstract Inthispaper,wepresentareal-timeheartratemonitoringsystembasedonSTM32microcontroller.Thesystemcanmeasuretheheartrateoftheuserinreal-timeandprovidefeedbackonthestatusoftheircardiovascularhealth.Thesystemisdesignedtobeportable,lightweightandeasytouse.Itconsistsofthreemaincomponents:asensormoduletomeasuretheheartrate,anSTM32microcontrollertoprocessthedata,andadisplaymoduletoprovidefeedbackontheheartrate.Thesystemcanbeusedbyathletes,patientswithcardiovasculardiseases,oranyonewhowantstomonitortheirhearthealthinreal-time. Introduction Heartrateisanimportantmetricforassessingthecardiovascularhealthofanindividual.Itisameasureofhowmanytimestheheartbeatsperminuteandisinfluencedbyfactorssuchasage,sex,physicalactivity,stress,andhealthconditions.Traditionally,heartrateismeasuredbytakingthepulseatthewrist,neck,orchest.However,thesemethodsarenotalwaysaccurate,especiallyduringphysicalactivity.Inrecentyears,therehasbeenalotofinterestindevelopingwearabledevicesthatcanaccuratelymeasureheartrateinreal-time. Inthispaper,wepresentareal-timeheartratemonitoringsystembasedonSTM32microcontroller.Thesystemisdesignedtobeportable,lightweight,andeasytouse.Itconsistsofthreemaincomponents:asensormoduletomeasuretheheartrate,anSTM32microcontrollertoprocessthedata,andadisplaymoduletoprovidefeedbackontheheartrate. Methodology Theheartratesensorusedinthissystemisapulsesensorthatmeasuresthechangeinbloodvolumeinthefinger.Itisanon-invasiveandcomfortablewayofmeasuringheartrate.ThesensorisconnectedtotheSTM32microcontroller,whichreadsthedatafromthesensorandprocessesitusinganalgorithm.Thealgorithmcalculatestheheartratebasedonthetimeintervalbetweeneachbeatandprovidesareal-timedigitalsignaloutput. Thedisplaymoduleusedinthissystemisa16x2LCDdisplaythatprovidesfeedbackontheheartrate.TheLCDdisplayshowstheheartrate,aswellasagraphicalrepresentationoftheheartrateovertime.Thedisplayalsoprovidesalertswhentheheartrateisoutsidethetargetrange.
