Introduction: Thespinningprocessisametalformingtechniquethatinvolvestherotationofacylindricalworkpiecewhileapplyingpressurethroughspinningwheels.Thisprocessiscommonlyusedtomanufacturepartssuchascones,tubes,andcylinders.Thequalityoftheformedpartsgreatlydependsontheprocessparameters,includingthenumberofspinningwheelsused. Simufactisawell-knownsimulationsoftwarethatcanaccuratelypredictthebehaviorofmaterialsduringthespinningprocess.BysimulatingthespinningprocessinSimufact,wecananalyzetheimpactofdifferentparametersontheformingqualityofcylindricalparts. Results: Thesimulationresultsshowedthatthenumberofspinningwheelshasasignificantimpactontheformingqualityofcylindricalparts.Withahighernumberofspinningwheels,thepressuredistributionbecomesmoreevenlydistributedontheworkpiecesurface,resultinginimprovedpartaccuracyandsurfacefinish.Additionally,theuseofmultiplespinningwheelsreducesthelikelihoodofdefectssuchaswrinklingandtearing.
