Introduction: Cancerisaleadingcauseofdeathworldwide,anditsincidenceisontherise.Earlydetectionandappropriatetreatmentcansignificantlyimprovepatientoutcomes.Cancerscreening,whichinvolvestheidentificationofindividualsatriskofdevelopingcancerthroughvarioustests,hasproventobeaneffectivestrategyforearlydetection.InChina,cancerposesasignificantburden,andunderstandingtheresearchtrendsandkeyareasoffocusincancerscreeningcanhelpindevelopingeffectivestrategiesforimprovingcancerpreventionandcontrol. Methods: CiteSpaceisatoolwidelyusedforbibliometricvisualizationandanalysis.Itallowsfortheidentificationofresearchtrends,influentialauthors,pivotalarticles,andemergingthemeswithinaspecificresearcharea.Inthisstudy,weutilizedCiteSpacetoanalyzetheChineseliteratureoncancerscreening.AcomprehensivesearchofChinesedatabaseswasconductedtoobtainrelevantpublications.TheselectedpublicationswereimportedintoCiteSpaceforfurtheranalysis.
