基于CiteSpace的国内外儿科用药文献研究分析 Title:ResearchandAnalysisofLiteratureonPediatricPharmacotherapy:AComparativeStudyofDomesticandInternationalPerspectives Introduction: Pediatricpharmacotherapyisacriticaldomainofmedicalresearch,aimingtoensuresafeandeffectivemedicationforchildren.Inthispaper,wepresentacomprehensiveanalysisofdomesticandinternationalliteratureonpediatricpharmacotherapyusingCiteSpace,awell-establishedknowledgemappingandvisualizingtool.Thisstudyaimstoprovideinsightsintothecurrenttrends,researchhotspots,andcollaborativenetworksinthefieldofpediatricpharmacotherapy. Methodology: Themethodologyforthisstudyinvolvesthefollowingsteps: -LiteratureCollection:AcomprehensivecollectionofrelevantliteratureonpediatricpharmacotherapyfrombothdomesticandinternationalsourceswasconductedusingacademicdatabaseslikePubMed,CNKI(ChinaNationalKnowledgeInfrastructure),andScopus. -DataExtraction:ThecollectedliteraturewasexportedintoCiteSpaceforfurtheranalysis.Theanalysiswasdonebasedoncitationnetworks,co-authorshipnetworks,andco-citationclusters. -VisualizationandAnalysis:CiteSpacegeneratesvisualmapstorepresentthecitationandco-citationnetworks,co-authorshipnetworks,aswellastheresearchclusters.Thesevisualizationsfacilitatetheanalysisoftrends,hotspots,andcollaborationinthefield. Results: Theanalysisrevealedseveralinterestingfindingsregardingpediatricpharmacotherapyresearch,bothdomesticallyandinternationally. 1.ResearchTrends: Bothdomesticandinternationalresearchonpediatricpharmacotherapyhaveseenasteadyincreaseoverthepastdecade.However,internationalresearchhasbeenmoreextensiveandinfluential,asindicatedbythelargernumberofcitationsandhigherimpactfactorofjournalspublishingthesestudies. 2.ResearchHotspots: Theanalysisidentifiedemergingresearchhotspotsinthefieldofpediatricpharmacotherapy.Thesehotspotsincludeddrugsafetyandefficacyinpediatricpopulations,personalizedmedicineinpediatrics,utilizationofpharmacogenomicsinpediatricdrugtherapy,andoptimizationofdosageformsanddrugdeliverysystemsforchildren. 3
