基于16SrRNA基因高通量测序研究狞猫肠道微生物多样性(英文) Title:InvestigationofGutMicrobialDiversityinCloudedLeopardsUtilizing16SrRNAHigh-ThroughputSequencing Abstract: Thegutmicrobiotaofanimalsplaysacrucialroleintheiroverallhealthandwell-being.However,littleisknownaboutthegutmicrobiotaofcloudedleopards(Neofelisnebulosa).Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatethemicrobialdiversitypresentinthegutofcloudedleopardsusinghigh-throughputsequencingtargetingthe16SrRNAgene.AtotalofXXcloudedleopardfecalsampleswerecollectedfromXXindividualsresidinginXXarea.TheV4regionofthe16SrRNAgenewasamplified,sequenced,andanalyzedtoassessthecompositionanddiversityofthegutmicrobiota. Introduction: Thecloudedleopardisavulnerablespecies,andunderstandingthefactorsthatcontributetotheirhealthandsurvivalisofutmostimportance.Thegutmicrobiotahasemergedasasignificantfactorinfluencingvariousaspectsofhostphysiology,includingdigestion,metabolism,immuneresponse,andevenbehavior.Whilethegutmicrobiotahasbeenextensivelystudiedinnumerousanimalspecies,itremainslargelyunexploredincloudedleopards.Thisstudyaimedtofillthisknowledgegapbycharacterizingthegutmicrobialcommunityincloudedleopardsusing16SrRNAhigh-throughputsequencing. Methods: FecalsampleswerecollectedfromXXcloudedleopardsresidinginXXarea.TheDNAwasextractedfromthefecalsamples,andtheV4regionofthe16SrRNAgenewasamplifiedusingPCR.ThePCRproductswerethenpurifiedandsequencedutilizinghigh-throughputsequencingtechnology(e.g.,IlluminaMiSeqplatform).Qualitycontrolofthesequencingdatawasperformedusingspecializedbioinformaticstools,andtheresultinghigh-qualitysequenceswereanalyzedtodeterminemicrobialdiversityandcomposition. Results: Preliminaryanalysisrevealedthatthegutmicrobiotaofcloudedleopardsisdiverseandconsistsofvariousbacterialtaxa.ThemostabundantphylaidentifiedwereXX,XX,andXX.FurthertaxonomicanalysisrevealedXXatthegenuslevel,withthedominantgenerabeingXX,XX,andXX.AlphadiversityanalysisindicatedXX,suggestingarelativelystablemicrobialcommunitywithinindividualcloudedleopards.Betadiversityanalysisr
