原子荧光光谱法测定煤中砷的分析方法研究 Introduction Arsenicisatoxicmetalloidthatcanbefoundincoalandassociatedfossilfuels.Asaresult,thereleaseofarsinegascanoccurduringthecombustionofcoal,whichposesasignificantrisktohumanhealthandtheenvironment.Therefore,itiscrucialtodevelopaccurateandefficientmethodsforarsenicanalysisincoal. Oneoftheusefulmethodsforarsenicdetectionisatomicfluorescencespectroscopy(AFS),whichcandetectlowconcentrationsofarsenicincomplexmatrices.ThispaperdiscussestheanalysisofarsenicincoalusingAFS. ExperimentalProcedure Theexperimentalprocedureincludedseveralsteps,includingsamplepreparation,calibration,andanalysis.First,thecoalsamplewascrushedandgroundtoafinepowder.Then,acertainamountofthesamplewasdigestedwithamixtureofnitricacidandhydrofluoricacid.Thedigestedsolutionwasdilutedtoaspecificconcentrationandusedforanalysis. Second,thecalibrationprocessinvolvedpreparingaseriesofstandardsolutionsusingacommercialarsenicstandard.Thesesolutionswereusedtodeterminethecalibrationcurveforarsenicincoal. Lastly,theanalysiswasperformedusingAFS.ThedigestedsolutionwasaspiratedintotheAFSinstrument,andthearsenicatomswereexcitedwithahigh-energylightsource.Theexcitedatomsemittedfluorescenceradiationthatwasdetectedbytheinstrument.Theintensityoftheradiationwasproportionaltotheconcentrationofarsenicinthesample. Results Thecalibrationcurvewasobtainedbyplottingthefluorescencesignalintensityagainsttheconcentrationofarsenicinthestandardsolutions.ThecurveexhibitedalinearrelationshipwithanR2valueof0.9996. ThedetectionlimitoftheAFSmethodwasestimatedtobe0.01μg/L.Therecoveryrateofarsenicinthecoalsamplewasbetween92.5%and95.6%. Discussion TheAFSmethoddemonstratedagooddetectionlimitandrecoveryratefortheanalysisofarsenicincoalsamples.However,themethodhassomelimitations.Forexample,thedigestionprocesscanbetime-consumingandchallenging,especiallywhendealingwithcoalsamplesthatcontainhighconcentrationsofotherelementsinadditiontoarsenic.Also,interferencesfromcoexistingelementsinthesamplecanleadtoinaccuratemeasurement
