Introduction: PyrethroidEtherFungicidesareaclassofsyntheticchemicalswidelyusedinagricultureforthecontrolofpestsanddiseases.Theyexhibitvariousadvantagessuchaslowmammaliantoxicity,rapiddegradationintheenvironment,andbroad-spectrumactivityagainstawiderangeofpests.Toensureefficientandsafeutilizationofthesefungicides,itiscrucialtodeveloprobustanalyticalmethodscapableofaccuratelydeterminingtheirconcentrationsincommercialformulations. LiquidChromatography(LC)isawidelyacceptedtechniquefortheanalysisofcomplexmixturesinvariousfields,includingthedeterminationofactiveingredientsinpesticideformulations.OneofthechallengesindevelopinganLCmethodforthequantificationofPyrethroidEtherFungicidesistheselectionofanappropriatechromatographicsystemthatprovidesgoodseparationandsensitivity. ExperimentalSection: Inthisstudy,avalidatedLCmethodwasdevelopedforthedeterminationofPyrethroidEtherFungicideina15%microemulsionformulation.Themethodinvolvedtheutilizationofareverse-phaseC18columnwithamobilephasecomprisingamixtureofacetonitrileandwater.Agradientelutionprogramwasdesignedtoensureseparationoftheanalyteofinterestfromothercomponentsofthemicroemulsionmatrix.AUVdetectorwasemployedforquantificationatawavelengthsuitableforthespecificfungicide. Results: ThedevelopedLCmethoddemonstratedexcellentlinearity(R2>0.999)withinthe
