压电风扇对管内局部受迫对流换热的强化效果研究(英文) Title:ResearchontheEnhancementEffectofaPiezoelectricFanonForcedConvectionHeatTransferinaPartiallyEnclosedPipe Abstract: Inrecentyears,thedemandforcompactandefficientcoolingsystemshasbeenincreasinginvariousindustries.Theuseofpiezoelectricfansshowspromisingpotentialinenhancingheattransferinconfinedspacesduetotheirsmallsizeandlowpowerconsumption.Thisresearchaimstoinvestigatetheenhancementeffectofapiezoelectricfanonforcedconvectionheattransferinapartiallyenclosedpipe.Theexperimentswereconductedunderdifferentoperatingconditions,andtheresultsindicatedasignificantimprovementinheattransferratewiththeapplicationofthepiezoelectricfan.Thisstudyprovidesadeeperunderstandingofthepotentialofpiezoelectricfansinenhancingheattransferinconfinedspaces,offeringvaluableinsightsforthedevelopmentofcompactcoolingsystems. 1.Introduction Incompactcoolingsystems,efficientheattransferiscrucialtoensureoptimalperformanceandlifespan.Traditionalheattransferenhancementtechniquesinvolvetheuseoflargerfansorconvectivefins,whichmaynotbefeasibleinconfinedspaces.Piezoelectricfansofferapromisingalternativewiththeircompactsizeandcapabilitiestoinduceturbulenceandenhanceforcedconvectionheattransfer.Thispaperaimstoinvestigatetheeffectivenessofapiezoelectricfaninimprovingheattransferinapartiallyenclosedpipe. 2.LiteratureReview 2.1ForcedConvectionHeatTransfer Theenhancementofforcedconvectionheattransferhasbeenextensivelystudiedinliterature.Varioustechniques,suchasturbulators,swirlgenerators,andelectrohydrodynamic(EHD)devices,havebeenemployedtoimproveheattransferrates.Piezoelectricfanshavegainedattentionduetotheirabilitytoinducelocalturbulenceandpromoteheatexchangeinconfinedspaces. 2.2PiezoelectricFans Piezoelectricfansoperatebasedonthepiezoelectriceffect,wheremechanicalmotionisgeneratedbyapplyinganelectricfieldtoapiezoelectricmaterial.Thesefansarecompact,lightweight,andhavelowenergyconsumption.Theiruniquevibrationcharacteristicshavebeenexploitedtoenhanceheattransferinvariousapplication
