乡村振兴背景下舟山休闲渔业转型发展对策研究 Title:StrategiesfortheTransformationandDevelopmentofLeisureFisheriesinZhoushanundertheBackgroundofRuralRevitalization Introduction: WiththeimplementationoftheruralrevitalizationstrategyinChina,variousindustriesinruralareashavebeenencouragedtodevelopandtransform.Asanimportantpartofruralindustries,leisurefisheriesinZhoushanhavegreatpotentialforgrowthanddevelopment.Thispaperaimstoexplorethebackground,challenges,andstrategiesforthetransformationanddevelopmentofleisurefisheriesinZhoushanunderthecontextofruralrevitalization. 1.BackgroundofRuralRevitalizationinZhoushan: ZhoushanisacoastalcityinZhejiangProvince,China,knownforitsrichmarineresourcesandbeautifulnaturalenvironment.AsanimportantfisheryproductionbaseinChina,Zhoushanhasalonghistoryoffishingandaquaculture.However,thetraditionalfishingindustryisfacingincreasingchallengessuchasoverfishing,environmentalpollution,anddecliningcatches.Toaddresstheseissues,theChinesegovernmenthasimplementedtheruralrevitalizationstrategy,aimingtopromotethedevelopmentandprosperityofruralareas,includingthediversificationandmodernizationoffisheryindustries. 2.ChallengesforTransformationandDevelopment: Despitethepotentialfordevelopment,leisurefisheriesinZhoushanalsofacevariouschallengesintermsofinfrastructure,marketing,andresourceutilization.Firstly,thelackofadequateinfrastructure,suchasfishingports,marinas,andrecreationalfacilities,hampersthedevelopmentofleisurefisheries.Secondly,themarketingchannelsforleisurefisheriesproductsarenotwellestablished,leadingtolimitedmarketaccessandlowprofitability.Lastly,thesustainableutilizationofmarineresourcesiscriticalforthelong-termdevelopmentofleisurefisheries,requiringeffectivemanagementandconservationmeasures. 3.StrategiesforTransformationandDevelopment: ToaddressthechallengesandpromotethetransformationanddevelopmentofleisurefisheriesinZhoushan,severalstrategiescanbeimplemented: 3.1InfrastructureDevelopment: Investmentintheconstructionoffishingports,marinas,andrecreationalfacilities
