一种改进的基于SNMP和OSPF的拓扑发现算法 Title:AnImprovedTopologyDiscoveryAlgorithmbasedonSNMPandOSPF Abstract: Networktopologydiscoveryplaysacrucialroleinunderstandingthestructure,functionality,andperformanceoflarge-scalenetworks.ThispaperpresentsanimprovedtopologydiscoveryalgorithmthatutilizestheSimpleNetworkManagementProtocol(SNMP)andOpenShortestPathFirst(OSPF)protocoltoachieveaccurateandefficienttopologydiscovery.TheproposedalgorithmenhancesthetraditionalSNMP-basedapproachesbyincorporatingOSPFroutinginformation,enablingmorecomprehensiveandreliablenetworkmapping.ThealgorithmleveragesthestrengthsofbothSNMPandOSPFtoovercometheirlimitationsandeffectivelydiscovertheunderlyingnetworktopology.Theresultsofexperimentsconductedonasimulatednetworkdemonstratetheeffectivenessandefficiencyoftheproposedalgorithminaccuratelydiscoveringnetworktopologies. 1.Introduction Networktopologydiscoveryistheprocessofidentifyingtheinterconnecteddevicesandlinksinanetwork.Itenablesnetworkadministratorstounderstandthenetworkstructure,identifypotentialbottlenecksorvulnerabilities,andoptimizenetworkperformance.TraditionaltopologydiscoveryalgorithmsrelyheavilyonSNMP,awidelyusedprotocolfornetworkmanagement.However,SNMP-basedapproachessufferfromlimitationssuchasincompletenetworkmappingandunreliabledatacollection.Toovercometheselimitations,thispaperproposesanimprovedalgorithmthatcombinesSNMPwithOSPFtoachievemoreaccurateandefficienttopologydiscovery. 2.LiteratureReview Thissectionprovidesanoverviewofexistingtopologydiscoveryalgorithmsandtheirlimitations.ItdiscussesthestrengthsandweaknessesofSNMPandOSPFandidentifiestheneedforanintegratedapproachtoimprovenetworkmappingaccuracy. 3.Methodology Theproposedalgorithmconsistsoftwomainphases:SNMPdatacollectionandOSPFroutinginformationintegration.IntheSNMPdatacollectionphase,thealgorithmutilizesSNMPqueriestogatherinformationaboutnetworkdevices,includingtheirIPaddresses,MACaddresses,andinterfaceconfigurations.Italsocollectsinformationaboutthelinkstatusandbandwidthutilization.T
