一种席夫碱铜配合物与DNA相互作用电化学研究 Title:ElectrochemicalInvestigationofSchiffBaseCopperComplexesfortheirInteractionwithDNA Abstract: TheinteractionbetweentransitionmetalcomplexesandDNAhasbeenanintriguingareaofresearchduetoitsimplicationsinthedevelopmentofnoveltherapeuticagentsandtheunderstandingofthestructureandfunctionofDNA.Inthisstudy,wefocusedontheelectrochemicalinvestigationofaSchiffbasecoppercomplexinordertoexploreitsinteractionwithDNA.TheelectrochemicalbehaviorofthecomplexinthepresenceofDNAwasexaminedusingcyclicvoltammetry,whichprovidedvaluableinsightsintothebindingmechanismandpotentialbiologicalapplications. Introduction: Transitionmetalcomplexeshaveattractedsignificantattentionaspotentialtherapeuticagentsduetotheirdiversestructuresanduniqueelectrochemicalproperties.Amongthesecomplexes,Schiffbasecoppercomplexeshavedemonstratedpromisingbiologicalactivities,includinganticancerandantiviralproperties.TheinteractionbetweenthesecomplexesandDNAplaysacrucialroleintheirbiologicalactivities,asDNAistheprimarytargetformanytherapeuticagents.Therefore,understandingthemechanismofinteractionbetweenSchiffbasecoppercomplexesandDNAisofgreatimportance. Methods: 1.SynthesisandcharacterizationofSchiffbasecoppercomplex: TheSchiffbasecoppercomplexwassynthesizedfromthereactionofaSchiffbaseligandandacoppersalt.ThecomplexwascharacterizedusingvariousspectroscopictechniquessuchasUV-Visspectroscopy,FT-IR,andelementalanalysis. 2.PreparationofDNAsample: DNAwasextractedfromasuitablesourceandpurifiedtoobtainahomogeneoussample.TheconcentrationandpurityofDNAweredeterminedusingUV-Visspectroscopy. 3.Electrochemicalmeasurements: CyclicvoltammetrywasusedtoanalyzetheelectrochemicalbehavioroftheSchiffbasecoppercomplexintheabsenceandpresenceofDNA.Theelectrochemicalexperimentswerecarriedoutusingathree-electrodesystem,includingaworkingelectrode(glassycarbonelectrode),areferenceelectrode(Ag/AgCl),andacounterelectrode(Ptelectrode).
