Introduction: High-temperaturealloysareextensivelyusedinindustriessuchasaerospace,powergeneration,andautomotive,wheretheyareexposedtoextremetemperatures,pressures,andcorrosiveatmospheres.Thesealloyspossessacomplexmicrostructurethatevolvesduringsolidification,heattreatment,andserviceexposure,influencingtheirmechanicalandcorrosionproperties. Objective: Theaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatethesolidificationmicrostructureandelementsegregationbehaviorofanewhigh-temperaturealloy,withtheintentionofunderstandingitspotentialinfluenceonmechanicalstrength,creepresistance,andcorrosionresistance. Methods: 1.AlloyPreparation:Thehigh-temperaturealloyissynthesizedusingconventionalmeltingandcastingtechniques.Thecompositioniscarefullycontrolledtoobtainthedesiredalloyconstituents. 2.SolidificationStudy:Thesolidificationbehaviorofthealloyisanalyzedusingthermalanalysistechniquessuchasdifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)andthermodynamiccalculations. 3.MicrostructuralAnalysis:Themicrostructureofthealloyisexaminedusingopticalmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).Electronbackscatterdiffraction(EBSD)isusedtoassesscrystallographicorientationandgrainboundaries. 4.ElementSegregation:Energy-dispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS)isperformedtoinvestigatethepotentialelementsegregationwithinthemicrostructureofthealloy. 5.MechanicalandCorrosionTesting:Selectedsamplesaresubjectedtomechanicaltestssuchastensile,hardness,orcreeptestingtoevaluatetheirmec
