CC复合材料SiC涂层结构及抗氧化性能研究 【Abstract】 SiCcoatingsarewidelyusedintheaerospaceanddefenseindustriesduetotheirhighchemicalandthermalstability,excellentmechanicalproperties,andexcellentresistancetooxidation.Inthispaper,thestructureandanti-oxidationpropertiesofCCcompositeSiCcoatingswerestudied.TheresultsshowedthattheSiCcoatinghadacompactmicrostructureandexcellentoxidationresistance,indicatingthatithasgreatpotentialforapplicationinhightemperatureenvironments. 【Introduction】 Carbon-carbon(CC)compositematerialshaveexcellentmechanicalproperties,suchashighspecificstrength,highspecificmodulus,hightoughness,goodfatigueresistanceandsoon.Theyhavebeenwidelyusedinaerospace,defense,andotherindustries.However,CCcompositesexhibitpooroxidationresistance,whichlimitstheirapplicationinhigh-temperatureenvironments.Toovercomethisproblem,SiCcoatingsareoftenappliedtoCCcompositematerialstoimprovetheiroxidationresistance. SiCcoatingshavegoodoxidationresistance,highthermalconductivity,lowthermalexpansioncoefficient,andexcellentmechanicalproperties.Therefore,SiCcoatingshavebecomeafocusofresearchinrecentyears.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatethestructureandanti-oxidationpropertiesofCCcompositeSiCcoatings,providingatheoreticalbasisforfurtherresearchonSiCcoatings. 【Experimental】 Inthisstudy,CCcompositesampleswerepreparedbyhot-pressing.SiCcoatingswerepreparedonthesurfaceofCCcompositesamplesbychemicalvapordeposition(CVD).Thedepositionprocessparameterswereasfollows:temperatureof1350℃,pressureof4.0kPa,andgasflowrateratioofH2:SiH4:CH4=10:1:2.ThemicrostructureoftheSiCcoatingwasobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-raydiffraction(XRD).Theanti-oxidationpropertiesoftheSiCcoatingwereevaluatedbythermogravimetricanalysis(TGA)andoxidationtests. 【ResultsandDiscussion】 TheSEMimagesoftheSiCcoatingshowedthatthecoatinghadadenseanduniformmicrostructure,andthethicknessofthecoatingwasabout10μm.TheXRDpatternsoftheSiCcoatingshowedthatthecoatingwascomposedofβ-SiC.TheTGAresultsshowedthattheSiCcoatinghadexcellentoxidati
