1-苯基-1-辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的合成及性能研究 Title:SynthesisandPerformanceStudyofBenzyl-1-octanolPolyethyleneGlycolEtherPhosphate Abstract: Thesynthesisandperformanceofbenzyl-1-octanolpolyethyleneglycoletherphosphatewereinvestigatedinthisstudy.Thesynthesisprocedureinvolvedthereactionbetweenbenzylalcoholand1-octanolwithphosphorusoxychlorideasacatalystandpolyethyleneglycoletherasaco-reagent.Thesynthesizedcompoundwascharacterizedusingvariousanalyticaltechniques,includingFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),nuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)andelementalanalysis.Theperformanceevaluationcomprisedofsolubilitytest,surfacetensionmeasurement,andfoamabilityexamination.Theresultsofthisstudydemonstratedthatbenzyl-1-octanolpolyethyleneglycoletherphosphateexhibitedpromisingproperties,makingitapotentialcandidateforvariousapplications. 1.Introduction: Polyethyleneglycolethershavegainedsignificantattentioninvariousindustriesduetotheiruniquephysicalandchemicalproperties,suchaslowtoxicity,excellentsolubility,andsurface-activeeffects.Theincorporationofaphosphoricacidgroupintothesecompoundsfurtherenhancestheirperformancecapabilities.Inthisstudy,wefocusonthesynthesisandperformanceanalysisofbenzyl-1-octanolpolyethyleneglycoletherphosphate,whichholdsgreatpotentialforapplicationinareassuchassurfactants,emulsifiers,andflameretardants. 2.SynthesisMethodology: Thesynthesisofbenzyl-1-octanolpolyethyleneglycoletherphosphateinvolvedatwo-stepreaction.Firstly,benzylalcoholand1-octanolwerereactedwithphosphorusoxychlorideasacatalystunderrefluxconditions.Thereactionwascarriedoutinanitrogenatmospheretopreventoxidationandtheformationofby-products.Secondly,polyethyleneglycoletherwasaddedasaco-reagenttothereactionmixtureandstirredforaspecificperiodtoensurecompleteconversionofthestartingmaterials.TheresultingproductwaspurifiedandcharacterizedusingFTIR,NMR,andelementalanalysistechniques. 3.CharacterizationTechniques: FTIRspectroscopywasemployedtoidentifyfunctionalgroupsinthesynthesizedcompound.Thepresenceofcharacteristicabso
