EDTA螯合树脂对镉离子的吸附性能探究 Title:InvestigationontheAdsorptionPerformanceofEDTAChelatingResinforCadmiumIons Abstract: Cadmium(Cd)isatoxicheavymetalthatposessignificantriskstohumanhealthandtheenvironment.Thedevelopmentofefficientandcost-effectivemethodsforitsremovalfromcontaminatedwaterisofparamountimportance.ThisstudyaimstoexploretheadsorptionperformanceofEDTA(EthyleneDiamineTetraaceticAcid)chelatingresinforCdions.Theexperimentalapproachinvolveddeterminingtheoptimaloperatingconditions,investigatingtheadsorptionkineticsandisotherms,andevaluatingtheregenerationefficiencyoftheEDTAchelatingresin.TheresultsdemonstratedthepotentialofEDTAchelatingresinasapromisingmaterialfortheremovalofCdionsfromwastewater. 1.Introduction: Cdcontaminationinwatersourceshasbecomeacriticalenvironmentalconcernduetoitstoxicityandpersistence.VariousmethodshavebeenemployedfortheremovalofCdions,includingprecipitation,coagulation-flocculation,membranefiltration,andadsorption.Amongthesemethods,adsorptionusingchelatingresinshasgainedsignificantattentionduetotheirhighaffinityandselectivitytowardsmetalions. 2.ExperimentalProcedure: 2.1MaterialPreparation: EDTAchelatingresinwassynthesizedbyimmobilizingEDTAontoanappropriatematrix,suchaspolymericbeadsorsilicagel.Thesynthesizedresinwascharacterizedforitsphysicalandchemicalproperties. 2.2BatchAdsorptionStudies: TheeffectsofvariousparameterssuchasinitialCdconcentration,pH,contacttime,andresindosagewereinvestigatedtodeterminetheirinfluenceontheadsorptionefficiency.TheCdconcentrationwasanalyzedusingatomicabsorptionspectroscopy(AAS). 2.3KineticsandIsothermStudies: Theadsorptionkineticswereexaminedbyfittingtheexperimentaldatatovariouskineticmodels,includingpseudo-first-order,pseudo-second-order,andintra-particlediffusionmodels.TheadsorptionisothermswereanalyzedusingLangmuirandFreundlichmodelstodeterminetheadsorptioncapacityandaffinityoftheresintowardsCdions. 2.4RegenerationStudies: TheregenerationefficiencyoftheEDTAchelatingresinwasassessedusingappropriatedesorptionagen
