重庆金佛山土壤中PAHs含量的海拔梯度分布及来源解析 Title:AltitudinalGradientDistributionandSourceAnalysisofPAHsContentintheSoilofJinfoMountain,Chongqing Abstract: PolycyclicAromaticHydrocarbons(PAHs)aretoxicpollutantsthatposepotentialriskstobothhumanandenvironmentalhealth.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethedistributionpatternofPAHscontentalonganaltitudinalgradientinthesoilofJinfoMountaininChongqing,aswellasassessthepotentialsourcesofPAHsinthearea. Introduction: PAHsareagroupoforganiccompoundsthatareformedbytheincompletecombustionorpyrolysisoffossilfuelsandorganicmatter.Theiraccumulationintheenvironmenthasraisedconcernsduetotheirpersistence,carcinogenicity,andabilitytobioaccumulateinecosystems.Altitudinalgradientshavebeenidentifiedaskeyfactorsinfluencingthedistributionofenvironmentalpollutants,includingPAHs. Methods: Soilsampleswerecollectedfromdifferentaltitudinalzones(e.g.,high,mid,andlowelevation)ofJinfoMountain.Atotalofxsampleswerecollectedfromeachzone,usingasystematicsamplingapproach.ThecollectedsoilsampleswerethenanalyzedforPAHscontentusinggaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS).TheidentificationandquantificationofPAHsinthesampleswerecarriedoutbycomparingtheretentiontimesandmassspectrawithPAHsstandards. Results: TheresultsshowedasignificantvariationinPAHscontentalongthealtitudinalgradientofJinfoMountain.ThePAHsconcentrationwasfoundtobehighestinthemid-elevationzone,followedbythelow-elevationzone,andlowestinthehigh-elevationzone.ThisdistributionpatternsuggeststhatthehumanactivitiesandanthropogenicsourcesmaybethemajorcontributorstotheaccumulationofPAHsinthemid-andlow-elevationzones.Thehigh-elevationzone,withlimitedhumandisturbance,showedlowerPAHscontent,indicatingalesserinfluenceofhumanactivities. Discussion: TheobservedaltitudinalgradientdistributionofPAHscontentinthesoilofJinfoMountaincanbeexplainedbyseveralfactors.Firstly,themid-andlow-elevationzonesaremoreaccessibletohumanactivities,suchasagriculture,industrialactivities,andinfrastructuredevelopment.TheseanthropogenicactivitiesreleasePAH
