铁硅二元合金渗碳层的抗浆料冲蚀磨损性能研究 Title:ResearchontheErosionandAbrasiveWearPerformanceofCementedCarbideCoatingonFerrosiliconBinaryAlloy Abstract: Inrecentyears,therehasbeenagrowingdemandformaterialswithsuperiorerosionandabrasivewearresistance.Thedevelopmentofcementedcarbidecoatingshasshownpromisingresultsinaddressingthesechallenges.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheerosionandabrasivewearperformanceofcementedcarbidecoatingsonferrosiliconbinaryalloy.Theresultsofthisresearchwillcontributetotheunderstandingofthebehaviorandpotentialapplicationsofsuchcoatingsinvariousindustries. 1.Introduction 1.1Background Erosionandabrasiveweararesignificantchallengesinindustrialapplicationswherematerialsaresubjectedtointensewearandcorrosion.Thedevelopmentofcoatingswithimprovedresistancetosuchwearhasgainedattentioninrecentyears.Cementedcarbidecoatingsareknownfortheirexcellenthardness,wearresistance,andhigh-temperaturestability,makingthemanidealcandidateforapplicationsthatrequireresistancetoerosionandabrasivewear. 1.2Objective Thegoalofthisresearchistoinvestigateandanalyzetheerosionandabrasivewearperformanceofcementedcarbidecoatingsonferrosiliconbinaryalloy.Thiswillbedonethroughaseriesoftestsandanalysistoevaluatethepropertiesandbehaviorofthecoatedmaterial. 2.ExperimentalMethodology 2.1MaterialPreparation Theferrosiliconbinaryalloywillbepreparedaccordingtothestandardcompositionandspecifications.Thecementedcarbidecoatingwillbedepositedonthealloysubstrateusingasuitabledepositionmethod,suchasphysicalvapordeposition(PVD)orchemicalvapordeposition(CVD). 2.2ErosionTesting Erosiontestingwillbeconductedusingahigh-velocityparticleimpacttestapparatus.Thecoatedsampleswillbesubjectedtoacontrolledflowofabrasiveparticlesatvaryingvelocitiesandimpactangles.Themateriallossandsurfacedegradationwillbemeasuredandrecordedtoevaluatetheerosionresistanceofthecoating. 2.3AbrasiveWearTesting Abrasiveweartestingwillbeperformedusingarotatingabrasiveweartestmachine.Thecoatedsampleswillbesubjectedtoarotatingdiskwithabrasiveparticlesats
