近红外光谱法测定柴油硫含量方法研究(英文) Title:StudyontheMethodofDeterminingDieselSulfurContentbyNearInfraredSpectroscopy Abstract: Thedeterminationofsulfurcontentindieselfuelsisofgreatimportanceinordertocomplywithenvironmentalregulationsandtoensuretheoptimalperformanceofautomotiveengines.Inrecentyears,nearinfraredspectroscopy(NIRS)hasemergedasareliableandnon-destructiveanalyticaltechniqueforsulfurcontentdetermination.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethefeasibilityandaccuracyofNIRSindeterminingthesulfurcontentindieselfuels,andtoexplorethepotentialofthismethodforroutineanalysisinfuelqualitycontrol. Introduction: Sulfurisacommonimpurityindieselfuelsanditscombustioncontributestotheemissionofharmfulpollutantssuchassulfurdioxide(SO2),whichisamajorcontributortoairpollution.Inordertolimittheenvironmentalimpactofdieselfuelcombustion,manycountrieshaveimposedstrictregulationsonthemaximumallowablesulfurcontentindieselfuels.Traditionalanalyticalmethodsforsulfurdetermination,suchasgravimetricanalysisandhigh-performanceliquidchromatography,aretime-consuming,labor-intensive,andoftenrequiretheuseofhazardousreagents.Therefore,itisessentialtodeveloparapidandreliablemethodforsulfurdeterminationindieselfuels. Methodology: Nearinfraredspectroscopyisbasedontheprinciplethatorganiccompoundsabsorblightatspecificfrequenciesinthenearinfraredregion.Theabsorptionspectrumobtainedfromthedieselfuelsamplecanbeusedtodeterminetheconcentrationofvariouscomponents,includingsulfur.Todevelopacalibrationmodelforsulfurcontentdetermination,asetofdieselfuelsamplesofknownsulfurconcentrationareusedtocollectthenearinfraredspectra.Chemometrictechniques,suchaspartialleastsquaresregression(PLSR),arethenappliedtocorrelatethespectraldatawiththereferencevaluesobtainedbyconventionalanalyticalmethods.
