羟基酪醇抑菌活性及抑菌稳定性研究 Title:StudiesontheAntibacterialActivityandStabilityofHydroxytyrosol Abstract: Hydroxytyrosol(HT)isanaturalphenoliccompoundfoundinoliveoil,whichhasbeenproventopossessvariousbiologicalactivities,includingantioxidant,anti-inflammatory,andanticancerproperties.Inrecentyears,HThasalsogainedsignificantattentionforitspotentialantibacterialactivity.Thispaperaimstoprovideanin-depthreviewofthecurrentresearchontheantibacterialpropertiesandstabilityofHT. Introduction: Hydroxytyrosolisanaturallyoccurringcompoundfoundprimarilyinolivesandoliveoil.Itisapotentantioxidantandhasbeenextensivelystudiedforitsvarioushealthbenefits.ResearchhasshownthatHThaspotentialantibacterialproperties,makingitapromisingcandidateforthedevelopmentofnewantimicrobialagents.However,thereisstillaneedforfurtherstudiestoinvestigateitsantibacterialactivityandstabilityindifferentconditions. Methods: ToevaluatetheantibacterialactivityofHT,variousinvitrotestscanbeconducted.Theseincludeagardiffusion,brothdilution,andminimuminhibitoryconcentration(MIC)assaysagainstarangeofbacterialstrains.Additionally,time-killassaysandsynergystudieswithotherantimicrobialagentscanprovidefurtherinsightsintothemechanismofactionandpotentialsynergisticeffectsofHT.
