硫精矿烧渣综合回收有价元素半工业化试验研究 Introduction Sulfideconcentrateisanessentialmaterialintheproductionofcopper,leadandzinc.Thetraditionalmethodofsmeltingsulfideconcentrateoftenleadstoalargeamountofslagcontainingvaluableelements.Therefore,comprehensiverecoveryofvaluableelementsfromsulfideconcentrateslaghasattractedtheattentionofmanyresearchersandengineersinrecentyears.Thispaperaimstostudythesemi-industrialexperimentofcomprehensiverecoveryofvaluableelementsfromsulfideconcentrateslag. Experimental Theexperimentalmaterialusedinthisstudywassulfideconcentrateslagobtainedfromacoppersmeltingplant.ThemaincompositionoftheslagwasSiO2,FeO,andCaO,anditcontainedvaluableelementssuchascopper,lead,zinc,silver,andgold. Thesemi-industrialexperimentwasdividedintotwostages,thefirststagewasroastingandthesecondstagewasleaching.Duringtheroastingstage,thesulfurintheslagwasvolatilizedunderhightemperatureandoxidizingatmosphere,andthevaluableelementswereconvertedintooxideforms.Theroastingconditionswere800-1000℃,witharoastingtimeof2-4hours,andtheairflowratewascontrolledat1.5-2.0m3/min. Duringtheleachingstage,theroastedslagwassubjectedtowaterleachingandacidleaching,respectively.Thewaterleachingwascarriedouttorecovercopper,lead,andzinc,whiletheacidleachingwascarriedouttorecoversilverandgold.Theleachingconditionswereasfollows:waterleachingwascarriedoutatroomtemperature,withaliquid-solidratioof5:1,andtheleachingtimewas3hours;acidleachingwascarriedoutat80℃,withaliquid-solidratioof10:1,andtheleachingtimewas2hours. ResultsandDiscussion Theresultsofthesemi-industrialexperimentshowedthattherecoveryratesofcopper,lead,andzincwere85%,80%,and75%,respectively,inthewaterleachingstage,whiletherecoveryratesofsilverandgoldwere90%and85%,respectively,intheacidleachingstage.Thetotalrecoveryratesofcopper,lead,zinc,silver,andgoldwere88%,85%,80%,93%,and90%,respectively. Themainreasonforthehighrecoveryrateofvaluableelementswastheappropriateroastingconditions,whichensuredthecompletevolatilizationofsulfurandthefullconversionofvaluabl
