某车型MDB侧面碰撞后门开启的CAE优化 Introduction Asroadtrafficaccidentshavebeenincreasinginrecenttimes,sohastheneedforenhancingvehiclesafetyfeatures.Toachievethis,computer-aidedengineering(CAE)toolshavebeendevelopedtosimulatevariousscenariosofcaraccidentstoimprovethevehicle'ssafetyperformance.Inthispaper,wearegoingtodiscusstheCAEoptimizationofaparticularcarmodelMDB'ssidecollisioninwhichthedoorsopen. AnalyzingMDBSideCollision TheMDB(MovingDeformableBarrier)testisastandardizedtestthatsimulatesside-impactcollisions.Itisalsoknownastheside-impactpoletest,inwhichadeformablebarrierstrikesthesideofastationaryvehicle.Theside-impactcrashtestisanessentialproceduretoevaluatethesafetyperformanceofthecar.WhentheMDBstrikesthecar'sside,thedoorsusuallyopen,puttingoccupantsatahighriskofinjury.Therefore,itisessentialtooptimizethevehicle'sdesign,bodystructure,andsafetyfeaturestocounteracttheimpacteffectsandpreventsuchpossibilities.
