基于量子干涉消除量子点纠缠光子源时间关联的研究(英文) ResearchonEliminatingTimeCorrelationsinQuantumDot-EntangledPhotonSourcesbasedonQuantumInterference Abstract: Quantumdot-entangledphotonsourceshaveemergedasapromisingplatformforvariousquantumtechnologies,includingquantumcommunicationandquantumcomputing.However,thetimecorrelationsbetweenphotonsemittedbyquantumdotsourceslimittheirpracticalapplications.Inthispaper,weexplorethefeasibilityofeliminatingtimecorrelationsinquantumdot-entangledphotonsourcesusingquantuminterference.Wepresentacomprehensivestudyonthecurrentchallengesandpotentialsolutionstoachievethisgoal. 1.Introduction Quantumdot-entangledphotonsourcesplayapivotalroleinthefieldofquantuminformationduetotheirabilitytogenerateentangledphotonpairs.Theseentangledphotonspossessnon-classicalcorrelationsthatcanbeutilizedforquantumcommunicationprotocolslikequantumkeydistributionandteleportation.However,thephotonsemittedbyquantumdotsoftenexhibitundesiredtimecorrelations,whichhindertheirapplicationsinpracticalscenarios.Thesetimecorrelationsariseduetothestochasticnatureofquantumdotemissionprocesses.Inthispaper,weinvestigatenovelapproachestoeliminatesuchtimecorrelations,thusenhancingtheperformanceandapplicabilityofquantumdot-entangledphotonsources. 2.Timecorrelationsinquantumdot-entangledphotonsources Theprimaryconstraintofquantumdot-entangledphotonsourcesisthetemporalcorrelationbetweentheemissiontimesofentangledphotonpairs.Thiscorrelationarisesfromthemutualinteractionbetweenthequantumdotsandtheirsurroundingenvironments.Theemissiontimedifferencebetweenthephotonpairslimitsthecoherencetimeandimposesrestrictionsonefficientquantumcommunicationandquantuminformationprocessing.Moreover,thetimecorrelationalsoaffectstheefficiencyofphotoncollectionandentanglementdetection.Therefore,itiscrucialtoinvestigatemethodstoeliminateorminimizethesetimecorrelations. 3.Quantuminterferenceforeliminatingtimecorrelations Quantuminterferenceprovidesapotentialsolutionfortheeliminationoftimecorrelationsinquantumdot-entangled
