基于AMESim的自适应油源建模与仿真研究 摘要: 随着高速发展的工业化和自动化,工程领域对于自适应控制技术的需求越来越强。在液压系统中,保证油源给予恰当的压力和流量对于整个系统的稳定性和效率至关重要。本文基于AMESim仿真平台,研究了自适应油源的建模和控制策略。 首先介绍了液压系统中常见的四种油源:恒压油源、恒流油源、变压油源和变流油源,并对其特点进行了分析。然后基于AMESim对四种油源的模型进行了建立,分别考虑了油源的压力、流量、工作状态等变量。接着提出了一种自适应控制策略,根据液压系统中的工作需求实时调整油源的工作状态,以达到系统最优运转状态。 结果表明,该自适应控制策略在降低能源消耗、提高系统稳定性和效率方面表现出了良好的效果。从数据分析的角度来看,该策略能够节省液压系统运行成本,降低了维护费用。同时,通过对比不同油源的实验结果,得出了恒流油源在高速、高负载工况下的优势。 最后,本文总结了基于AMESim的自适应油源建模与仿真研究所取得的进展和存在的问题,并对后续工作进行了展望。 关键词:自适应控制;AMESim;油源建模;液压系统 Abstract: Withtherapiddevelopmentofindustrializationandautomation,thedemandforadaptivecontroltechnologyintheengineeringfieldisbecomingstrongerandstronger.Inthehydraulicsystem,ensuringthattheoilsourceprovidestheappropriatepressureandflowrateiscrucialforthestabilityandefficiencyoftheentiresystem.BasedontheAMESimsimulationplatform,thispaperstudiesthemodelingandcontrolstrategyofadaptiveoilsources. Firstly,fourcommonoilsourcesinhydraulicsystemareintroduced:constantpressureoilsource,constantflowoilsource,variablepressureoilsourceandvariableflowoilsource,andtheircharacteristicsareanalyzed.Then,basedonAMESim,themodelsofthefouroilsourcesareestablished,takingintoaccountvariablessuchaspressure,flowrate,andworkingstateoftheoilsource.Subsequently,anadaptivecontrolstrategyisproposed,whichadjuststheworkingstateoftheoilsourceinrealtimeaccordingtotheworkingrequirementsofthehydraulicsystemtoachievetheoptimaloperationstateofthesystem. Theresultsshowthattheadaptivecontrolstrategyhasgoodeffectsonreducingenergyconsumption,improvingsystemstabilityandefficiency.Fromtheperspectiveofdataanalysis,thisstrategycansavetheoperatingcostofthehydraulicsystemandreducemaintenancecosts.Atthesametime,bycomparingtheexperimentalresultsofdifferentoilsources,theadvantageofconstantflowoilsourceunderhigh-speedandhigh-loadworkingconditionsisobtained.
