变压器油与绝缘纸板电导特性研究 【Abstract】 Transformeroilandinsulationcardboardareessentialmaterialsforpowertransformerinsulation.However,theirinsulationpropertiesmaydeteriorateovertimeduetovariousfactors,suchasmoisture,temperature,andvoltage.Thispaperinvestigatestheconductivitycharacteristicsoftransformeroilandinsulationcardboardunderdifferentenvironmentalconditions,aimingtoprovideinsightsintotheinsulationperformanceofpowertransformers. 【Introduction】 Powertransformersarecriticalcomponentsinpowertransmissionanddistributionsystems,andtheirinsulationsystemplaysavitalroleinensuringreliableandsafeoperation.Transformeroilandinsulationcardboardaretwoimportantmaterialsusedintransformerinsulationsystems.Transformeroilservesasbothaninsulatorandacoolingmedium,whileinsulationcardboardprovidesmechanicalsupportandinsulationbetweenwindingsandthetransformertank.However,theinsulationpropertiesofthesematerialsmaydegradeovertimeduetoenvironmentalfactors,whichmayleadtoinsulationfailuresandpotentiallycatastrophicconsequences.Therefore,itisessentialtounderstandtheelectricalpropertiesoftransformeroilandinsulationcardboardandtheirresponsestodifferentenvironmentalconditions. 【ExperimentalProcedure】 Toinvestigatetheelectricalpropertiesoftransformeroilandinsulationcardboard,weconductedthefollowingexperiments: 1.Conductivitymeasurementoftransformeroil:Wecollectedsamplesoftransformeroilfromseveraltransformersatdifferentages.Usingaconductivitymeter,wemeasuredtheelectricalconductivityofeachsampleatdifferenttemperaturesandmoisturelevels. 2.Electricalbreakdownstrengthtestofinsulatingcardboard:Weselectedseveralsamplesofinsulatingcardboardfromdifferentmanufacturersandsubjectedthemtoavoltageramptesttodeterminetheirelectricalbreakdownstrength. 3.Agingtestoftransformeroilandinsulatingcardboard:Weplacedsamplesoftransformeroilandinsulatingcardboardinanacceleratedagingchamberwithcontrolledtemperature,humidity,andvoltageconditions.Afteracertainperiod,wemeasuredtheirelectricalpropertiesandcomparedthemwiththeinitialvalues.
