含铊酸性废水强化氧化混凝处理研究(英文) Researchonadvancedoxidationandcoagulationtreatmentofthallium-containingacidicwastewater Abstract:Thallium-containingacidicwastewaterisakindofindustrialwastewaterwithstrongtoxicityandhighenvironmentalrisk.Inordertoachievetheeffectiveremovalofthalliumions,acombinedtreatmentprocessofadvancedoxidationandcoagulationwasused,andtheeffectsofdifferentfactorssuchasdosageofoxidant,pHvalue,coagulationagenttypeanddosagewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthecombinedtreatmentprocesscouldeffectivelyremovethalliumionsinacidicwastewater,witharemovalrateofover99%.Theoptimaloperatingconditionsweredeterminedasfollows:hydrogenperoxidedosageof3mL/L,pHvalueof6.5,anddosagesof300mg/Lpolyaluminumchloride(PAC)and50mg/Lpolyacrylamide(PAM)forcoagulationtreatment.Thisstudyprovidesafeasibleandeffectivemethodforthecomprehensivetreatmentofthallium-containingacidicwastewater. Introduction Thallium(Tl)isoneoftheheavymetalpollutantswithstrongtoxicityandhighenvironmentalrisk.Tliscommonlyusedinindustrysuchaselectronics,chemicalmanufacturing,andpetroleumrefining.AcidicwastewatercontainingTlionsiscommonlygeneratedintheproductionoftheseindustries,whichposesagreatthreattotheenvironmentandhumanhealth.Therefore,effectivetreatmentofTl-containingacidicwastewaterisasignificantchallengeinenvironmentalprotection. Advancedoxidationprocesses(AOPs)havebeenwidelyusedforthetreatmentoforganicpollutantsandinorganicionsinwastewaterduetotheirstrongoxidizingability.Hydrogenperoxide(H2O2)isacommonoxidizingagentusedinAOPs.However,AOPsalonecannotachievethecompleteremovalofTlionsfromwastewaterduetotheircomplexcomposition.Coagulationisacommonlyusedprocesstoremoveimpuritiesandpollutantsinwastewaterbytheaggregationofsmallparticlesintolargeones.Therefore,acombinedtreatmentprocessofAOPsandcoagulationhasbeenproposedtoachievetheefficientremovalofTlions.Inthisstudy,theeffectsofdifferentfactorsontheremovalofTlfromacidicwastewaterwereinvestigatedusingH2O2asanoxidizingagentandpolyaluminumchloride(PAC)andpolyacrylamide(PAM
