变频控制下永磁同步电机温度场分析 Abstract Thispaperpresentsathermalanalysisofapermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM)undervariablefrequencycontrol.Thethermalfieldinsidethemotorisinvestigatedfromboththeoreticalandexperimentalperspectives.Theeffectsofvariablefrequencyonthethermalperformanceofthemotorareanalyzedindetail.Basedontheanalysis,someeffectivethermalmanagementstrategiesareproposedtoimprovetheperformanceandreliabilityofthemotor. Introduction Permanentmagnetsynchronousmotors(PMSMs)arewidelyusedinvariousindustrialapplicationsduetotheirhighefficiency,highpowerdensity,andhightorquedensity.However,thethermalperformanceofPMSMsisanimportantaspectthatneedstobeconsideredinpracticalapplications,asoverheatingcanleadtoreducedefficiency,increasedpowerlosses,anddecreasedreliability. VariablefrequencycontrolhasbecomeapopulartechniqueforPMSMspeedcontrolinrecentyears.However,theeffectsofvariablefrequencyonthethermalperformanceofPMSMshavenotbeenfullyinvestigated.Therefore,thegoalofthispaperistostudythethermalfieldinsideaPMSMundervariablefrequencycontrolandproposeeffectivethermalmanagementstrategies. TheoreticalAnalysis ThethermalfieldinsideaPMSMcanbeanalyzedusingthefiniteelementmethod(FEM).TheFEMmodelofthemotorincludestheelectromagneticfield,heattransfer,andstructuralmechanicalcharacteristics.Theelectromagneticfieldgeneratesheatinthestatorandrotor,whichistransferredtothesurroundingenvironmentthroughconvectionandradiation. ThethermalperformanceofthePMSMisinfluencedbyseveralfactors,suchastheambienttemperature,coolingmethod,motordesign,andoperationalconditions.Thestatorandrotormaterials,thegeometricaldimensionsofthemotor,andthespeedandtorquerequirementsallaffectthethermalbehaviorofthemotor. ExperimentalAnalysis Tovalidatethetheoreticalanalysis,experimentalmeasurementsofthetemperaturedistributioninsidethePMSMwereconducted.Themotorwastestedundervariousvariablefrequencycontrolconditions,andthetemperaturedistributionsonthestatorandrotorwererecordedusingthermocouples. Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatthet
