低甲烷浓度煤层气部分预混式旋流燃烧器燃烧特性的实验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyonCombustionCharacteristicsofMethaneLeanCoalbedGasinPartiallyPremixedSwirlBurner Abstract: Inrecentyears,theutilizationofcoalbedgas(CBG)hasgainedsignificantattentionduetoitspotentialasanalternativeandcleansourceofenergy.However,thelowmethaneconcentrationinCBGposesachallengeforefficientcombustion.Inthisstudy,anexperimentalinvestigationwasconductedtostudythecombustioncharacteristicsofmethaneleanCBGinapartiallypremixedswirlburner.Theburnerdesignandoperatingparameterswereoptimizedtoachievestableandefficientcombustion.Theresultsshowedthatthepartialpremixingofairandfuelenhancedthecombustionprocess,resultinginimprovedcombustionefficiencyandreducedemissions.Thestudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintotheutilizationoflow-methanecoalbedgasforenergyproduction. 1.Introduction Coalbedgas(CBG)isatypeofnaturalgasthatisfoundincoalseams.Itprimarilyconsistsofmethane(CH4),withvaryingconcentrationsofotherhydrocarbons.CBGhasattractedattentionasapotentialenergysourceduetoitsabundantavailabilityandlowergreenhousegasemissionscomparedtoconventionalfossilfuels.However,thelowmethaneconcentrationinCBGmakesitchallengingtoachieveefficientcombustion.CombustionofmethaneleanCBGinapartiallypremixedswirlburnercanhelpovercomethesechallengesbyimprovingthemixingofairandfuel,resultinginenhancedcombustionefficiencyandreducedemissions. 2.ExperimentalSetup Theexperimentalsetupconsistedofapartiallypremixedswirlburner,aflowcontrolsystem,andadataacquisitionsystem.Theburnerdesignwasoptimizedtoensureefficientmixingofairandfuel.ThegasflowratesofairandCBGwerecontrolledusingflowcontrolvalves.Thecombustionprocesswasmonitoredandrecordedusingadataacquisitionsystemtomeasureparameterssuchastemperature,pressure,andemissions. 3.ResultsandDiscussion ThecombustioncharacteristicsofmethaneleanCBGinthepartiallypremixedswirlburnerwereinvestigatedforvariousoperatingconditions.Theeffectsofequivalenceratio,swirlintensity,andfuel-airmixingratiooncombustionefficiencyandemissionswereanalyzed
