乳腺MR动态增强扫描联合扩散加权成像的临床应用评价观察 Title:ClinicalEvaluationofBreastMRDynamicContrast-EnhancedImagingCombinedwithDiffusion-WeightedImaging Introduction: Breastcancerisaleadingcauseofcancer-relateddeathsamongwomenworldwide.Earlydetectionandaccurateassessmentoftumorcharacteristicsarecrucialforoptimaltreatmentplanningandimprovedpatientoutcomes.Magneticresonanceimaging(MRI)hasemergedasavaluabletoolintheevaluationofbreastlesionsduetoitshighspatialresolutionandexcellentsofttissuecontrast.Inrecentyears,theintegrationofdynamiccontrast-enhancedimaging(DCE-MRI)anddiffusion-weightedimaging(DWI)hasshownpromisingpotentialintheclinicalassessmentofbreastlesions.ThispaperaimstoevaluatetheclinicalapplicationandbenefitsofcombiningDCE-MRIandDWIforbreastcancerdiagnosisandmanagement. Methods: AcomprehensiveliteraturereviewwasconductedtoidentifyrelevantstudiesontheclinicalapplicationofbreastMRDCE-MRIandDWI.Theselectedstudieswereanalyzedfortheirmethodology,patientpopulation,andkeyfindings. Results: ThecombinationofDCE-MRIandDWIprovidescomplementaryinformationaboutbreastlesions,enhancingtheaccuracyofdiagnosisandcharacterizationoftumors.DCE-MRIprovidesinformationabouttissuevascularityandperfusion,whileDWImeasuresthediffusionofwatermoleculeswithintissues.DCE-MRIcanidentifyareasofcontrastuptakeandwashoutkinetics,helpingtodifferentiatebenignandmalignantlesions.Meanwhile,DWIallowsfortheassessmentoftissuecellularityandtumoraggressivenessbasedontheapparentdiffusioncoefficient(ADC)values.
