一种对称混合长程表面等离子激元波导传输特性研究(英文) Title:StudyontheTransmissionCharacteristicsofSymmetricHybridLong-RangeSurfacePlasmonPolaritonWaveguides Abstract: Thefieldofplasmonicshasgainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetoitspotentialapplicationsinnanoscaleopticaldevicesandintegratedcircuits.Inparticular,theresearchonlong-rangesurfaceplasmonpolaritons(LR-SPPs)hasprovidedapromisingplatformforhigh-speedandlow-losssubwavelengthwaveguides.ThispaperfocusesonthestudyoftransmissioncharacteristicsofasymmetrichybridLR-SPPwaveguide. 1.Introduction Plasmonicsisanemergingfieldthatexplorestheinteractionbetweenlightandmetalnanostructures,leadingtotheformationofsurfaceplasmonpolaritons(SPPs).TheguidingofSPPsalongthesurfaceofmetalsenablestheintegrationofphotonicswithnanoscaleelectronicdevices.Varioustypesofwaveguideshavebeeninvestigated,includingmetal-insulator-metal(MIM),dielectric-loadedsurfaceplasmonpolariton(DLSPP),andhybridLR-SPPwaveguides.Amongthem,thesymmetrichybridLR-SPPwaveguidehasattractedsignificantattentionduetoitsuniqueproperties,suchaslongerpropagationdistanceandlowerlosscomparedtoothertypesofwaveguides. 2.AnalysisofSymmetricHybridLR-SPPWaveguide ThesymmetrichybridLR-SPPwaveguideconsistsofametalstripplacedbetweentwodielectricmaterialswithdifferentrefractiveindices.Thisstructureformstwometal-dielectricinterfaces,whichsupportthepropagationofLR-SPPs.Thetheoreticalanalysisofthewaveguideincludesthecalculationofdispersionrelation,modefieldprofile,andtransmissioncharacteristics. 3.DispersionRelationAnalysis ThedispersionrelationdescribestherelationshipbetweenthepropagationconstantandthewavelengthoftheLR-SPPmodessupportedbythewaveguide.Thedispersionrelationcanbecalculatedusingtheboundaryconditionsandtheelectromagneticwaveequations.ThedispersionanalysisprovidesinsightsintotherangeofwavelengthsandpropagationconstantsatwhichtheLR-SPPmodescanbesupported. 4.ModeFieldProfileAnalysis Themodefieldprofiledescribesthedistributionofelectricfieldintensityalongthecross-sectionofthewaveguide.Themodefie
