V掺杂TiO_2的制备及其可见光催化性能研究 Introduction Titaniumdioxide(TiO_2)isoneofthemostwidelyusedsemiconductingmaterialsforphotocatalyticapplicationsduetoitsuniqueproperties,suchashighstability,lowtoxicity,andstrongoxidizingpower.However,thephotocatalyticactivityofpureTiO_2islimitedtoultraviolet(UV)radiation,whichaccountsforonly4%ofthetotalsolarspectrum.Thedevelopmentofvisible-light-responsiveTiO_2photocatalystshasreceivedincreasingattentioninthelastdecade,consideringitspotentialapplicationinenvironmentalremediation,energyproduction,andmanyotherfields. Inthispaper,wepresentthepreparationandcharacterizationofvanadium-doped(V-doped)TiO_2photocatalysts.Theeffectofthedopantconcentrationonthephotocatalyticactivityundervisiblelightirradiationwasstudied.Thephotocatalyticperformancewasevaluatedbythedegradationofmethylorange(MO)andtheproductionofhydrogen(H_2)undervisiblelight. Experimental TheV-dopedTiO_2photocatalystswerepreparedbythesol-gelmethod.Titanium(IV)isopropoxide(TTIP)wasusedasthetitaniumprecursor,andvanadium(V)chloride(VCl_3)wasusedasthevanadiumdopant.ThemolarratioofV/Tiwasvariedfrom0%to10%.Thesol-gelsolutionwasstirredfor2hoursatroomtemperature,thenagedfor48hoursat60°C.Theresultinggelwasdriedat120°Candcalcinedat500°Cfor2hours.TheobtainedsamplesweredenotedasT,TV1,TV2,TV5,TV10,respectively,accordingtotheV/Timolarratio. ThecrystallinestructureofthesampleswascharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD)usingaBrukerD8Advancediffractometer.Thesurfacemorphologyofthesampleswasobservedbyfield-emissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM)usingaJEOLJSM-7500Fmicroscope.TheopticalpropertiesofthesamplesweremeasuredbyUV-visdiffusereflectancespectroscopy(DRS)usingaShimadzuUV-3600spectrophotometer.ThephotocatalyticactivitywasevaluatedbythedegradationofMOandtheproductionofH_2undervisiblelightirradiation.
