Dy掺杂钴铁氧体纳米晶铁氧体的合成及磁性能研究(英文) Title:SynthesisandMagneticPropertiesInvestigationofDy-DopedCobaltFerriteNanocrystallineFerrite Abstract: Dy-dopedcobaltferrite(CoFe2O4)nanocrystalshavebeensynthesizedandtheeffectsofDydopingonthemagneticpropertiesofcobaltferritehavebeeninvestigated.ThesynthesisofDy-dopedcobaltferritenanocrystalswasperformedusingasol-gelmethodfollowedbyannealingataspecifictemperature.ThestructuralandmagneticpropertiesofthesynthesizedsampleswerecharacterizedusingX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andvibratingsamplemagnetometry(VSM).TheresultsindicatethatDydopingsignificantlyaffectsthecrystallinestructureandmagneticpropertiesofcobaltferritenanocrystals. Introduction: Cobaltferriteisawell-knownspinelferritepossessingexcellentmagneticproperties,makingitsuitableforawiderangeofapplicationssuchasmagneticrecordingmedia,sensors,andmicrowaveabsorbers.However,purecobaltferriteoftenexhibitslowmagneticanisotropyandcoercivity,limitingitspotentialforcertainapplications.DopingcobaltferritewithrareearthelementssuchasDycanmodifyitsmagneticpropertiestomeetspecificrequirements. ExperimentalSection: Dy-dopedcobaltferritenanocrystalsweresynthesizedviathesol-gelmethod.Aprecursorsolutioncontainingcobaltandironnitrates,diethanolamine,andcitricacidwaspreparedandthensubjectedtoaseriesofthermaltreatments.TheresultinggelwascalcinedataspecifictemperaturetoobtaintheDy-dopedcobaltferritenanocrystals.ThedopingpercentageofDywasvariedtoinvestigateitseffectsonthemagneticpropertiesofthenanocrystals.XRDanalysiswasusedtodeterminethecrystalstructure,whileSEMandTEMwereemployedtostudythemorphologyandparticlesizedistribution.VSMwasusedtomeasurethemagneticproperties. ResultsandDiscussion: XRDanalysisconfirmedtheformationofpurecobaltferritephasewithnoimpurityphase.ThelatticeparameterofthesynthesizedsamplesincreasedwithincreasingDydopingpercentage,suggestingtheincorporationofDyinthecobaltferritestructure.SEMimagesrevealedthatthesynthesizedparticles
