PLAPBATPEOX共混物的制备及性能研究 Abstract PLAPBATPEOXisaternaryblendofpoly(lacticacid),poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate),andpoly(ethyleneoxide).Inthisstudy,thepreparationandpropertiesofPLAPBATPEOXblendwereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedthatPLAPBATPEOXblendhadgoodmechanicalproperties,thermalstability,andbiodegradability.Theadditionofpoly(ethyleneoxide)improvedthethermalstabilityandthebiodegradabilityoftheblend. Introduction Polymerblendshaveattractedagreatdealofattentionduetotheirdesirableproperties,suchasimprovedmechanicalproperties,enhancedthermalstability,andbiodegradability,comparedtotheirindividualcomponents.PLAPBATPEOXisaternaryblendofpoly(lacticacid)(PLA),poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT),andpoly(ethyleneoxide)(PEO).Theuseofthesepolymersintheblendaimstoproduceamaterialwithimprovedpropertieswhilereducingenvironmentalimpact. PLAisabiodegradablepolyesterderivedfromrenewableresourcessuchascornstarchorsugarcane.PBATisabiodegradablecopolyesterproducedfromadipicacid,terephthalicacid,andbutanediol.PEOisawater-solublepolymerthathasexcellentbiodegradableandbiocompatibleproperties.Thepropertiesofthesethreepolymerscomplementeachotherwell,makingthemsuitableforuseinthePLAPBATPEOXblend. ExperimentalMethods ThePLAPBATPEOXblendwaspreparedbymeltblendingusingatwin-screwextruderatatemperatureof180°C.Theblendwascomposedof50wt.%PLA,20wt.%PBAT,and30wt.%PEO.Thesamplesweretheninjectionmoldedintodumbbell-shapedspecimensformechanicalpropertytesting.Thethermalstabilityoftheblendwasdeterminedbythermogravimetricanalysis(TGA)anddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).Thebiodegradabilitywasevaluatedbysoilburialtest. ResultsandDiscussion ThemechanicalpropertiesofthePLAPBATPEOXblendwereinvestigatedbytensiletesting.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofPEOimprovedtheelongationatbreakandreducedthebrittlenessoftheblend.TheYoung'smodulusoftheblenddecreasedwithincreasingPEOcontent,indicatingthattheblendbecamemoreflexible.TheadditionofPBATimprovedthetoughnessoftheblend,whichisbeneficialforpracticalappli
