高速电弧喷涂致密NiCrBSi涂层及其腐蚀行为研究 Abstract Thestudyaimedtoinvestigatethepropertiesofhigh-velocityarc-sprayedNiCrBSicoatingsandtheircorrosionbehavior.TheNiCrBSicoatingswerepreparedonamildsteelsubstratebyhigh-velocityarcsprayingmethod.Thepropertiesofthecoatingswerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),andVickersmicrohardnesstesting.Thecorrosionbehaviorwasevaluatedbypotentiodynamicpolarizationandelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS)testsin3.5wt.%NaClsolution.TheresultsindicatedthattheNiCrBSicoatingsexhibitedadenseanduniformmicrostructure,composedofamixtureofNi,Cr,andSicompounds.Themicrohardnessofthecoatingswassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthesubstrate,demonstratingimprovedwearresistance.Additionally,theelectrochemicaltestsrevealedthattheNiCrBSicoatingsshowedbettercorrosionresistancecomparedtothebaresubstrate. High-velocityarcspraying(HVAS)isathermalsprayingtechniquethatutilizesahighcurrentelectricarctoheatandmeltthecoatingmaterialsbeforebeingsprayedontothesubstratesurface.Comparedtootherthermalsprayingtechniques,HVASproducescoatingswithhigherdensity,porosity,andhardness.Moreover,thecoatingadhesionstrengthismuchhigherduetothehighkineticenergyofthemoltendroplets.SeveralmetallicandceramicmaterialshavebeeninvestigatedascoatingmaterialsusingHVAS,suchasNi-basedsuperalloys,alumina,andzirconia.
