等离子熔覆碳化钨颗粒增强铁基耐磨涂层的研究 Title:StudyonPlasmaSprayedTungstenCarbideReinforcedIron-basedWear-resistantCoatings Abstract: Plasmasprayedcoatingsarewidelyusedinvariousindustriestoenhancethewearresistanceofcomponents.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatetheuseofplasmasprayedtungstencarbide(WC)particlestoreinforceiron-basedcoatings.Theaimistoimprovethewearresistanceandextendtheservicelifeofthecoatedcomponents.Thispaperpresentstheresearchandanalysisoftheplasmasprayingprocess,themicrostructureofthecoatings,andthewearpropertiesofthereinforcedcoatings. 1.Introduction: Wearisacommonprobleminmanyindustries,leadingtoincreasedmaintenancecostsandreducedequipmentlifespan.Coatingsofferapromisingsolutiontoenhancethewearresistanceofcomponents,extendingtheirservicelifeandimprovingtheirperformance.Iron-basedcoatingsarecommonlyusedduetotheirgoodmechanicalpropertiesandcost-effectiveness.However,theirwearresistanceislimited.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatetheadditionoftungstencarbideparticlestotheiron-basedcoatingstoenhancetheirwearresistance. 2.ExperimentalMethod: Plasmasprayingisthechosentechniqueforcoatingdeposition.Thetungstencarbideparticlesaremixedwithiron-basedpowdersinvariousweightpercentagestoproducethefeedstock.Thecoatingsareappliedusingtheplasmasprayingprocessundercontrolledparameters.Themicrostructureanalysisisconductedusingopticalmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andX-raydiffraction(XRD)toevaluatethedistributionandphasecompositionoftheWCparticlesinthecoatings.Thewearpropertiesareevaluatedusingaweartester,comparingthewearvolumeandfrictioncoefficientofthereinforcedcoatingswiththepureiron-basedcoatings. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: ThemicrostructureanalysisrevealsthattheplasmasprayedcoatingswithtungstencarbideparticleshaveauniformdistributionofWCparticlesintheironmatrix.TheSEMimagesshowgoodbondingbetweentheWCparticlesandthematrix,indicatingeffectivereinforcement.XRDanalysisconfirmstheformationofacarbidephaseinthecoatings.TheweartestsdemonstratethatthecoatingsreinforcedwithWCparticlesexhibitsignific
