稀土氧化物改性MoS_2基复合涂层的制备及其摩擦学特性研究 摘要 稀土氧化物改性MoS_2基复合涂层具有良好的耐磨性和摩擦学性能,在工业领域中应用广泛。本研究采用化学沉积法制备了稀土氧化物改性MoS_2基复合涂层,并对其物理化学性质和摩擦学特性进行了研究。结果表明,稀土氧化物改性MoS_2基复合涂层表面平整,成分均匀,具有良好的耐磨性和摩擦学性能,对于金属材料的磨损具有一定的保护作用。 关键词:稀土氧化物、MoS_2基、复合涂层、耐磨性、摩擦学性能 Introduction MoS_2hasbeenwidelyusedasasolidlubricantduetoitsuniquelayeredstructureandexcellentlubricationproperties.However,itspooradhesionandlowload-carryingcapacitylimititspracticalapplication.InordertoimprovetheperformanceofMoS_2,variousadditiveshavebeenintroducedintoMoS_2matrix,suchasmetals,ceramics,andpolymers.Amongthem,rareearthoxideisapromisingadditiveduetoitshighmeltingpoint,thermalstability,andwearresistance.Inthispaper,weaimtopreparerareearthoxide-modifiedMoS_2compositecoatingsandinvestigatetheirphysicalandchemicalpropertiesandtribologicalbehavior. Experimental Therareearthoxide-modifiedMoS_2compositecoatingswerepreparedbychemicaldepositionmethod.First,MoS_2powderwasdispersedinethanoltoformasuspension.Then,rareearthoxidepowderwasaddedtothesuspensionandstirredfor2hourstoobtainauniformmixture.Finally,themixturewasdroppedontoacoppersubstrateanddriedatroomtemperaturefor24hours.Thedriedcoatingswereannealedat400°Cfor2hoursunderprotectiveatmosphere. Thepreparedcoatingswerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),energydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS),X-raydiffraction(XRD),andRamanspectroscopy.Thetribologicalbehaviorofthecoatingswasevaluatedbyaball-on-disktribometerunderdryslidingconditions. Resultsanddiscussion TheSEMimagesoftherareearthoxide-modifiedMoS_2compositecoatingsareshowninFigure1.Thecoatingsaredenseanduniformwithasmoothsurface.EDSanalysisindicatesthatthecoatingsarecomposedofMoS_2andrareearthoxide.XRDpatternsconfirmtheformationofMoS_2andrareearthoxidephaseswithoutanyimpurities.RamanspectrashowthecharacteristicpeaksofMoS_2andrareearthoxide,indicatingtheircoexistenceinthecoatings.
