用FTIR研究丁铵黑药浮选磁黄铁矿的作用机理 Title:InvestigatingtheMechanismofDecylammoniumBlackPowderontheFlotationofMagneticPyritethroughFTIRAnalysis Abstract: Intheminingindustry,theseparationofvaluablemineralsfromganguematerialsisofparamountimportance.Flotationisawidelyusedtechniqueforthispurpose,relyingonthehydrophobicityofthemineralsurfacetoattachairbubblesandfloattothesurface.Decylammoniumblackpowder(DABP)hasshownpromisingresultsintheflotationofmagneticpyrite.Inthisstudy,themechanismofactionofDABPontheflotationofmagneticpyriteisinvestigatedusingFourierTransformInfrared(FTIR)analysis.TheFTIRtechniqueisemployedtostudytheinteractionbetweenDABPandthesurfaceofmagneticpyrite,providinginsightsintothespecificadsorptionsitesandmolecularinteractionsinvolvedintheflotationprocess. Introduction: Theflotationprocesshasprovensuccessfulinseparatingvaluableminerals,suchasmagneticpyrite,fromganguematerials.Traditionalflotationreagentsareoftenexpensiveandcanhavenegativeenvironmentalimpacts.Therefore,thereisaconstantneedtoexplorealternativeandmoreefficientflotationagents.Decylammoniumisasurfactantthathasshownpromisingpotentialforenhancingtheflotationperformanceofmagneticpyrite.However,theprecisemechanismofactionofdecylammoniumonmagneticpyriteremainsunclear.ThisstudyaimstogainadeeperunderstandingoftheadsorptionbehaviorandinteractionmechanismbetweendecylammoniumandmagneticpyritethroughFTIRanalysis. Methodology: 1.SamplePreparation:Puremagneticpyritesamplesarecollectedandgroundtoobtainauniformparticlesize. 2.FTIRAnalysis:Thepowderedmagneticpyritesamplesaremixedwithpotassiumbromide(KBr)andpressedintopellets.ThepelletsarethensubjectedtoFTIRanalysisusingahigh-resolutionFTIRspectrometer. 3.AdsorptionStudies:Magneticpyritesamplesareimmersedinsolutionsofvaryingconcentrationsofdecylammonium.Thesamplesareallowedtoequilibrate,afterwhichtheadsorbedspeciesonthesurfaceofthepyriteareanalyzedusingFTIR. ResultsandDiscussion: 1.FTIRSpectrumofMagneticPyrite:TheFTIRspectrumofpuremagneticpyritedemonstratesthecharacteristi
