Methodology: Thefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodisamathematicalmodelingtechniquethatcombinesmultiplecriteriatoprovideacomprehensiveassessmentofaparticularphenomenon.Inthisstudy,thefollowingstepswillbefollowed: 1.DataCollection:Gatherrelevantearthquakedata,includingmagnitude,location,depth,andhistoricalseismicactivityinJiangsuandneighboringareas.Additionally,collectdataonvariousearthquakeprecursorssuchasgrounddeformation,abnormalgasemissions,seismicgaps,andchangesingeophysicalparameters. 2.DataPreprocessing:Processandcleanthecollecteddata.Thisinvolvesremovingoutliers,missingvalues,andanyinconsistenciesindatasources. 3.IndicatorSelection:Identifyasetofindicatorsthataremostlikelytobecorrelatedwithstrongearthquakeoccurrenceinthestudyarea.Theseindicatorsmayincludehistoricalearthquakepatterns,geologicalstructure,tectonicactivity,andearthquakeprecursors.Theindicatorsshouldbeobjectivelyandquantifiablymeasurable. 4.IndicatorStandardization:Standardizetheindicatorstoensuretheyareonthesamescaleandcanbecomparedonequalgrounds. 5.EstablishmentofEvaluationModel:Constructafuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmodelbasedonthestandardizedindicators.Thismodelshouldincorporateexperts'knowledgeandexperience,aswellasstatisticalanalysisofhistoricalearthquakedata. 6.FuzzyEvaluationCalculation:Applythefuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodtocalculatetheweightingsandrankingsoftheselectedindicators.Thisstepinvolvesassigningmem
