淀粉基荧光碳点的快速绿色制备及其在白光LED中的应用(英文) RapidGreenSynthesisofStarch-basedFluorescentCarbonDotsandTheirApplicationinWhiteLight-EmittingDiodes Carbondots(CDs)areaclassofcarbon-basednanomaterialsthathavereceivedsignificantattentioninrecentyears,owingtotheiruniqueoptical,electrical,andthermalproperties.AmongvarioustypesofCDs,fluorescentcarbondots(FCDs)areofparticularinterestduetotheirpotentialapplicationinawiderangeoffields,suchasbioimaging,sensors,andoptoelectronics. Inthisstudy,wereportarapidgreensynthesismethodforstarch-basedFCDsbyusingaconvenientmicrowave-assistedhydrothermalprocess.Thestarchprecursorservesasthecarbonsourceandthenitrogensourceisprovidedbyurea.TheFCDswerecharacterizedbytransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),UV-Visspectroscopy,Fouriertransforminfrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,andfluorescencespectroscopy.TheTEMimagesrevealedthattheFCDsweresphericalinshapeanduniforminsize,withanaveragediameterof3-5nm.TheUV-Visspectrumexhibitedacharacteristicabsorptionbandataround250nm,correspondingtothepi-pi*transitionofthecarboncore,andaweakabsorptionbandataround330nm,whichcanbeattributedtothen-pi*transitionofthecarboxylgroupsonthesurfaceoftheFCDs.TheFTIRspectrumshowedthepresenceofvariousfunctionalgroups,suchas-OH,-C=O,and-NH2,whichareinvolvedintheformationoftheFCDs.TheFCDsdisplayedstrongblue-greenfluorescencewithaquantumyieldof14.7%,whichiscomparabletoorevenhigherthanthatofmanyreportedFCDs. Thestarch-basedFCDswerethenusedasafluorescentconverterinwhitelight-emittingdiodes(LEDs).TheFCDsweredispersedinasiliconematrix,whichwasthencoatedontoablueLEDchipasaphosphorlayer.TheresultinghybridwhiteLEDexhibitedexcellentwhitelightperformance,withahighcolorrenderingindex(CRI)of85andacorrelatedcolortemperature(CCT)of5360K,closelyresemblingthestandarddaylightillumination.TheluminousefficacyofthewhiteLEDwas55.6lm/W,whichishigherthanthatofmanycommercialwhiteLEDs. Inconclusion,wehavedevelopedarapidgreensynthesismethodforstarch-basedFCDsanddemonstratedtheirefficientapplicationinwhiteLEDs.Thestarch-basedFCD
