氟、芴功能聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备及性能研究(英文) PreparationandPerformanceStudyofFluorinatedandFluoreneFunctionalizedPolyimideFilms Abstract: Polyimidefilmswithenhancedpropertiesarewidelyresearchedandemployedinvariousapplicationsduetotheirexcellentthermal,mechanical,andchemicalresistance.Inthisstudy,wepresentthepreparationandperformancestudyoffluorinatedandfluorenefunctionalizedpolyimidefilms.Theincorporationoffluorineandfluorenemoietiesisaimedatenhancingthehydrophobicityandopticalpropertiesofthefilms. Introduction: Polyimidefilmshavegainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetotheiruniquecombinationofproperties,suchashighthermalstability,excellentmechanicalstrength,andgoodchemicalresistance.However,therearestilllimitationsintheirinherentproperties,suchaspoorhydrophobicityandinferioropticaltransparency.Inordertoovercometheselimitations,variousapproacheshavebeenexplored,includingtheincorporationoffunctionalgroupslikefluorineandfluorene. Experimental: Thepolyimidefilmswerepreparedviaatwo-stepprocessinvolvingthesynthesisofpoly(amicacid)(PAA)followedbythermalimidization.ThePAAwassynthesizedbyapolycondensationreactionbetweenthecommerciallyavailabledianhydrideanddiaminemonomerscontainingfluorineandfluorenefunctionalgroups.TheresultingPAAwasthenimidizedathightemperaturetoformthepolyimidefilms.Thefilmswerecharacterizedusingdifferenttechniques,includingFourier-transforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD),contactanglemeasurement,andUV-visiblespectroscopy. ResultsandDiscussion: FTIRanalysisconfirmedthesuccessfulincorporationoffluorineandfluorenemoietiesintothepolyimidefilms.SEMimagesrevealedahomogeneousandcompactfilmmorphology.XRDpatternsindicatedthatthefilmspossessedahighlyamorphousstructure.Contactanglemeasurementsshowedimprovedhydrophobicityofthefluorinatedandfluorenefunctionalizedfilmscomparedtothepristinepolyimidefilm.Thiscanbeattributedtothelowersurfaceenergycausedbythepresenceoffluorinegroups.UV-visiblespectroscopyrevealedenhancedopticaltransparencyin
